This is for I.D. verification and child protection purposes only, in an effort to keep track those viewing albums/photos of youth athletes on our website. You will not be charged for any reason, unless you choose to make a purchase.

When Will I Receive The Download Link For My Album?

Accepted Answer

Download links are delivered digitally via email once the high-resolution photos have been uploaded and processed in our system. Typically, these emails are sent out by Wednesday following the event's scheduled end date, but can take up to Friday in some cases.

Question 3

It’s A Multiple Day Event, How Do I Get All The Albums/Performances?

Accepted Answer

You will need to purchase each performance or "day" separately. The date of the performance is listed on each album. Also, there is usually a number, and the lower number is day 1 and higher number is day 2. For example:

1215 All Star Cats Mini Kittens - Day 2

Why Am I Getting An Error Message While Registering?

If you're receiving an error message while attempting to register, this means that there’s already an account registered in our system with the same email address. Please try refreshing your browser, and attempt to log-in using whatever password you might have used at the time of your initial registration attempt. If you're unsure of the password, simply click “Forgot Password”, and you will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password and log-in.

How Long Will Photos Be Available To Purchase After The Event?

Once photos from an event are uploaded onto our website, they will remain available for preview and purchase for the entirety of the cheer season - typically around mid-May.

How Do I Order Individual Photo(s)?

Accepted Answer

Individual photo purchases can be made by clicking the "Purchase Image" button directly below your desired image. Please note that there is no "cart", so any/all images need to be purchased one at a time.
